Advantages and Features:

Energy Saving and High Efficiency: Motor speed is adjusted according to load demand, avoiding full-speed no-load operation. This is particularly effective when lifting light loads or lowering heavy objects (for regenerative power generation).

Reduced Mechanical Shock and Wear: Smooth acceleration and deceleration significantly reduce impact and stress on mechanical components such as the gearbox, wheels, rails, wire ropes, and hooks, reducing maintenance costs and extending equipment life.

Improved Positioning Accuracy and Operator Comfort: Precise speed control ensures smoother lifting, more accurate positioning, and easier and smoother operation, improving production efficiency and safety.

Comprehensive Protection: Provides comprehensive electrical protection for the motor and mechanical system.

Reduced Grid Impact: The soft-start feature significantly reduces starting current (typically less than the rated current), minimizing grid impact.
